You may go to the dentist of your choice anywhere in the U.S. Enrollment is not restricted, and you can apply at any time.

Benefits are available for the member and their spouse and dependents. Prices vary based on which plan you choose and how many family members are enrolled in the plan. Premiums are deducted from your monthly pension check.
